Caterer's Corner is a privately owned Australian business operated by Rachel and Carlo. In their respective roles as Operations Manager and Managing Director, Rachel and Carlo both work in a hands-on role within the business overseeing daily operations. Through their positions, Rachel and Carlo have a complete perspective of the business drivers, client needs and staff perspectives to make effective decisions for the business.

Supporting Rachel and Carlo is a team of highly experienced and qualified catering professionals working within a structured hierarchy for both front of house and kitchen staff.

Through this management structure, Caterer's Corner has developed a solid team environment which is founded on support from management and dedication from staff.
Our dedicated catering team is on hand now, ready, to help make your next function a memorable and enjoyable occasion.

STAFF
Staff are charged at the following rates:

  • From $35.00 per hour per waiter.
  • From $40.00 per hour per chef.
  • Rates include income tax, necessary insurances required by law and travel time.
  • Weekend and Public Holiday surcharges do apply
  • Minimum staff call out charge is 4 hours
  • Events finishing past midnight will incur an additional service charge for each staff member.

BEVERAGES by Arrangement
Our services can include helping you with your selection of beverages to compliment your choice of meal and occasion.
A large range of premium wines, beers, champagne and soft drinks with glassware, ice and ice tubs can be arranged to suit your requirements.

The team at Caterer’s Corner is governed by the Responsible Service of Alcohol policy.

Responsible Service of Alcohol / Disorderly conduct
In line with legal standards, Caterer’s Corner complies with the responsible service of alcohol policy, to protect all patrons. We reserve the right to serve beverages to any person intoxicated and who may consider driving, and to any person under the age of 18 years old. Identification may be requested.

Offenders of improper conduct may be asked to leave the event, security called or if necessary the police.

HIRE EQUIPMENT

  • All hire of equipment can be arranged by Caterer’s Corner on your behalf and invoiced by the hire company.

Equipment Hire includes (but not limited to):

  • Full table setting ie. Crockery, cutlery, linen napkins, linen tablecloths, glasses etc.
  • Marquees
  • Tables
  • Chairs and chair covers
  • Floors
  • Lighting
  • Porta Loos
  • Candelabras etc.

We can also arrange:

  • Beverages
  • Staff
  • Transportation
  • Set-up
  • Flowers
  • Entertainment
  • Specialty cakes
  • Theming
